Korimana Booking Policy
Booking a retreat at Korimana represents a sacred commitment to your personal healing journey and the group experience we carefully design. Please read the following booking terms carefully before confirming your reservation:
1. Reservation & Payment
- All retreat bookings must be made through Korimana’s official platform or an authorized partner.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. The amount will vary by retreat but is typically 30% of the total retreat cost.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days before the retreat start date.
- If booking within 60 days of the retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Confirmation
- You will receive an official confirmation email once your deposit or full payment has been processed.
- Your retreat space is not secured until payment is confirmed and a completed Personal Evaluation Form (PEF) is submitted.
3. Payment Methods
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and secure digital payment platforms as listed at checkout.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. International transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.
