2. Privacy & Confidentiality

At Korimana, we respect and honor your privacy.
We never rent or sell your personal information. Any sensitive information shared with our facilitators, healers, or team will be handled with confidentiality and is used solely within the scope of your retreat experience.

3. Pre-Retreat Assessment

All participants are required to complete a Personal Evaluation Form (PEF) prior to attending. This ensures the retreat experience is aligned with your current emotional, spiritual, and physical needs.

4. Legal Responsibility

Korimana is hosted outside of the United States. It is your responsibility to:

  • Familiarize yourself with and comply with all local, state, and country laws of the host location.
  • Ensure you hold a valid passport and any additional documentation required for international travel.
Korimana, its facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for legal issues arising from participant actions. Any legal costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.

5. Participant Conduct Agreement

Each participant must sign a Code of Conduct prior to the retreat. This agreement is essential to maintain a respectful, safe, and healing environment for all.

6. COVID-19 & Pandemic Policy

In the event of border closures due to a government-declared health emergency, your retreat reservation will be transferred to a future date of your choice within 12 months.

Note: Future retreat prices may vary depending on dates and availability.

Testing requirements and health protocols are subject to change based on local and international regulations. Participants are responsible for staying updated.

7. Travel & Health Considerations

  • Korimana is a transformational healing experience. Please consult your licensed physician if you have any health concerns.
  • Travel insurance (including health coverage) is highly recommended.
  • If a participant tests positive for COVID-19 prior to departure and cannot complete required quarantine, the retreat payment is non-refundable beyond the stated cancellation window.

8. Passport & Immigration

A valid passport is required to enter the host country.

We strongly recommend checking your passport’s expiration date and renewing it in advance if it is within 6 months of expiry.

Some retreats may require domestic travel within the host country—please check applicable visa or entry requirements with your embassy or local authorities.

9. Security & Personal Belongings

Each guest will have access to a personal lockbox or key.

Korimana is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items.

10. Guests & Group Exclusivity

Our retreats are designed to provide a deeply personalized and sacred group experience. For this reason, no unregistered guests or outside visitors are permitted during the retreat.

11. Media Release

Photography and video footage may be captured throughout the retreat.
By participating in Korimana retreats, you grant permission for Korimana to use any photos or recordings taken during the experience for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please let our team know in advance.

12. Participation & Program Flexibility

While participation in all scheduled activities is encouraged for the full healing experience, it is not mandatory.
Itineraries are subject to change without notice to honor group flow, weather, or facilitator availability.

13. Third-Party Facilitators

All Korimana healers, therapists, and wellness experts are certified and qualified based on their country of practice. Their offerings align with the core values of energetic alignment, ancestral wisdom, and spiritual connection.

14. Additional Expenses
